Rin wants to protest, but seeing all he doesn't really have a solution, he just nods stiffly and places the vial behind the counter to keep it safe.

"Bone sliver from a lich. They're had to find here."

He got more than enough offers for manticore and angel monster feathers. But for whatever reason, the liches seemed to keep to themselves when not making posts to freak out about their situation.

"I know at least two. But one of them is aligned to the Fog Bitch and the other doesn't get along great with me." The latter would be Hawkeye.

Hmm. The shade's eyes narrow. "A lich?"

He actually does know what Rin's talking about, though he hasn't met one personally - the ones on the network were pretty noticeable, weren't they? But if any of them mentioned that name, he didn't note it. It's the term "lich" he doesn't recognize.

He can guess Rin means one of the new kinds of monsters, though, and he's... sadly lacking in familiarity with any of those.

"Tell me what to look for, and I'll keep an eye out," the shade offers.

"Mana explained it as those guys that are kind of like a mix between a shade and a wendigo. Parts of them are melted off and there's a disconnect between their limbs a lot of the time. Kain's like that. And I think the doctor guy is, he was complaining about rotting away the other day. Kain said something about how each of them has a special item that represents some part of themselves. Only its hidden since they can't safely resurrect without it."

It was also the first time Rin heard the term. He's actually considering asking Mana if she had a name for any of the other new monsters.

Right. Stocke tucks away the bit about the special item; rotting flesh he'd heard, that he hadn't. It's sure to come in handy. "I'll watch for one."

And... that's it, isn't it? Stocke steps away from the counter, though he does glance back at Rin to make sure the harpy isn't going to stop him for something else. If Rin doesn't, the shade heads to the door.

He doesn't say 'Let me know once you have Mana's spell working,' - he figures that's a given.
